Traction LLC (“we”) operates Pitch Perfect. This page explains what we collect during the private beta and how we use it. It will expand as the product leaves beta.

What we collect

• Your email — when you join the waitlist or request a beta key.
• Company & round details and the investor you name — the context you enter so we can build a realistic rehearsal persona.
• Your rehearsal — your spoken pitch is processed in real time to run the session, and a transcript is scored to produce the debrief we email you.

How we use it

To run your rehearsals, email your debrief, and contact you about the beta. We don't sell your data. During the private beta we don't use your rehearsals to improve Pitch Perfect — and if that ever changes, we'll ask your explicit permission first, only ever use de-identified data, and let you opt out or delete your data at any time.

Who processes it

We use vetted service providers to deliver Pitch Perfect — ElevenLabs (real-time voice), Anthropic (the language models that play the investor and score your pitch), and Resend (email). We operate under data-processing agreements with them and configure them so your rehearsals aren't used to train their models.

Retention & your control

Your rehearsals are private to you. To access, export, or delete your data, email hello@traction.llc and we'll take care of it.
